Good afternoon all your lovely people,
So the plan today was different than the plan yesterday and that of Monday. So most of those days were spent writing and adding to my word count. I am still doing some writing today and working towards reaching the 25k and halfway mark, but I am not working on my original project for NaNo as I need to get a short story written by the end of the week so it is ready for a beta read. So I’m hoping to finish that by the end of this week so that I can go over it and have it ready to be beta read.
That and I was doing homework this morning. So I did get 2 lectures watched and notes on both of them which was great and I also have a lot of cleaning to do, I also finished cleaning my kitchen. As I have found myself leaving the house in a near disastrous state due to my increased amount of time spent writing early this week. So I have a lot to do today. Bu I just couldn’t put my writing on hold completely to get everything else done. So instead I am only shifting the project I am working on today so that it will be finished.
I also want to get a few chapters of my current read read by the end of today. I’m hopnig for at least 2 chapters if nothing more than that as I have a stack of must reads on my coffee table that I refuse to move unless I finish reading them. Having them sitting there front and center as I watch TV or do other things does make me feel slightly guilty for having passed up the time I could have spent reading to instead do something else. So I’m hoping that soon this will force me into a strongest need and desire for reading so I can get these books read so I can move onto the ones I am so excited to read.
What are you all working on? And has your house cleaning taken a bit of a hit since you’ve spent more time writing? Have you gotten a lot of reading done or do you have lots of reading you have yet to do, like me?Please let me know how things are going with you and if you are, like me, in school this year and still trying to get your books written and trying to make time for your writing hobby as well as the rest of your responsibilities in your schedule?.
