September TBR

Well hello again,

I know, I realize it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted and I haven’t been posting regularly. But I’m really excited to post about my TBR for September today. I will be including many types of books and in a variety of mediums as I read on several devices.

So now, this post, as for all previous posts, this TBR is not for only the month of September. This TBR is my outstanding TBR of all the books I want top read before any others. And each month I read a few and add a few more. So my TBR is always full.

Now, this time will be a tad different. I’m going to have more than just 2 or three categories. I will add a few more and have goals for each one. Just to make it feel more like a game and help me get more excited for reading more books. I think this will be great because I’m reading in several formats and using a variety of technology to do my reading. Plus I am behind on some series, but am flying through others.

No, I was not kidding when I said I’m behind. And as for the Hooked book, I have actually read it already but I was able to get the audiobook, so I’m going to listen to it being read to me this time. It’ll be amazing and I’m so excited.

And yes, I realize I have a fair few more audiobooks than I do books in other categories. Now there is a reason for this. I’ve trained myself to listen to audiobooks at 2x speed and so I just fly through them, especially while I’m at work So I end up finishing 2 audiobooks during a single shift. And I realized that my last goal for audiobooks was like 4 and it was not enough. I finished 12 during the month of August. So I am setting my goal to something unreachable that way I will have a lot more books to knock off my list.

So yes, I very much do have my work cut out for me. But I am so excited to get to all of these books and to keep adding to my collection and my internal library.
