Dark Fantasy Romance, intriguing and always keeps you engaged.
A queer fantasy novel with, of course, a splash of romance. It is engaging, I fell in love with the characters and I was not disappointed. And I am so excited that this is only book 1 in the series. I need to buy the rest. I want to read every last page.
I got to fall in love with this couple all over again and in this instalment, we got to see Persephone grow into her strength and overcome a traumatic incident. Now, because of this incident, we also get to see a kinder/gentler version of Hades also come out. They get inturrupted in the middle of stuff a few times. Spice level 3.
A definite recommend, psychological thriller/horror, but beware, could have triggers for some people but very intriguing read.
A dark romance retelling of the myth surrounding Persephone and Hades. The spice level is 3. I fell in love with this couple and the hardships they both face and the struggles of their positions within this world. I binged this book in 1 day.
I loved this book so much! It gave me H. P. Lovecraft vibes and is steampunk also. I loved this book so much, it sucked me in and twisted and turned and brought me to places I didn’t think it would. The ending also surprised me. Sadly, they aren’t selling BK 2 and only the hard copy of BK 3 so I may not get to finish this beautiful series.
Fantastical Romance, the idea was so great and I cannot wait to read the rest!
A beautiful, spicy continuation of Persephone’s and Hades’s love story. I loved Persephone’s experiences in this one. Where she finally realized that her dreams had changed since beginning her relationship with Hades. Spice level 3.
