Burn Book Reivew

Hey lovelies,

I know it’s been a while, but I needed to post a reivew of an arc I finished so I thought I’d post it here and give you guys some content and a new read if you’re looking for one.

The book is Burn by Joanna Morgan, it just came out, it’s an elemental, spicy fantasy romance and it is BK 1 in the series.

This is my reivew:

I love this book, the chemistry and the elementals. I adore love stories that defy laws and rules. I was also sad for another character but I'm hopeful because this is only book 1. Definitely a new spin on elementals than I've seen. I can't wait to find out more about the chaolt and why this is happening and so many other things. I have so many questions for the rest of the series. I'm excited. And there's a twist you won't see coming. There were a few grammatical/spelling errors I found, but it wasn't anything major. Now, I loved the ending, but it also threw me off as I thought it was going to end 3 separate times but it kept going, but I did love the actual ending. The idea was big, the characters were interesting and I liked them and I loved them together. I also love all the different types of tension in this book, just layers of it.

I enjoyed it, though it took me longer than I had hoped to finish it as school has started and I just ran out of time every night to read more than several pages or so. But it was good and I enjoyed it. I’m excited for the next book to come out.

It’s perfect for those just entering the spicy romance genre as it isn’t super spicy, it isn’t erotica, but it adds a nice, adult touch to the fantasy throughout the novel. It feels like normal adult life, honestly because these things are natural and normal when you’re in a relationship and I loved that about this book.
